Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
WalkMed Infusion (“WalkMed”, “we”, “us”) designs and manufactures ambulatory infusion pumps. This policy explains what personal information we collect through walkmed.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible for your information
WalkMed Infusion, Corporate Headquarters, 1390 S. Potomac Street, STE 110, Aurora, CO 80012, United States.
For any question or request about your personal information, email sales@walkmed.net with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or call (303) 420-9569. Our support line is 1-800-578-0555, available 24/7.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us through the forms on this site:
- First and last name.
- Email address and phone number.
- Company name.
- The product or topic you ask about, such as a service request or training.
- The message you write us.
Information collected automatically when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of your visit, the site or ad you came from, cookie identifiers, and an approximate location based on your IP address.
Session activity. We use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with the site — mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — so we can see where pages are confusing. These recordings are of site usage, not of you personally.
Please do not send patient information. Our forms are for business and product inquiries. Do not include patient names, medical records, or any protected health information in a message or attachment. If a clinical matter requires that information, call us and we will arrange a secure channel.
3. How we use your information
- Answer sales, product, service and training requests.
- Provide customer support for the 350VL pump, disposables and accessories.
- Manage our relationship with customers, distributors and suppliers.
- Comply with legal, regulatory and quality obligations that apply to medical devices.
- Keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- Measure how the site and our advertising perform, and show you our ads on other sites.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Tag Manager to load the following:
- Google Analytics: statistics about visits, such as pages viewed, time on site, device type and approximate location.
- Google Ads: measures which visits and inquiries come from our ads, and shows our ads to people who have already visited the site (remarketing).
- Microsoft Clarity: the session recordings and heatmaps described above.
- YouTube: video playback on our pages.
We also use Akismet to filter spam submitted through our forms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and turn off personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
5. Who we share information with
- Service providers working on our behalf: website hosting and maintenance, email, form processing, and the Google and Microsoft services described above. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Distributors and service partners, when your request is about a product they support.
- Authorities and regulators, when required by law or for medical device reporting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Because we use advertising cookies for remarketing, some state privacy laws treat that activity as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out at any time, as described below.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — including Colorado, where we are based — you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Obtain a portable copy.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and profiling.
To exercise any of these rights, email sales@walkmed.net with “Privacy request” in the subject line and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that period by another 45 days when a request is complex, telling you why.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will answer the appeal within 45 days and explain our decision. In Colorado, if the appeal is denied you may contact the Colorado Attorney General.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described here and for the periods required by law, including recordkeeping obligations for medical devices. Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once they are no longer needed.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive information through our forms.
9. Children
This site is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. Links to other sites
Our site links to third-party sites and services, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Any change will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
